Registration

Registration has been closed!

To provide the best program possible, speakers will need to register for IASC-ARS prior to submitting their abstract. The registration fee is nonrefundable. Payment is required at the time of abstract submission. Upon successful completion of registration and payment, you will receive an emailed confirmation containing registration information and receipt. This information will be required for abstract submission/amendment. Be sure to provide a valid email address and to set your spam-blocking filters to allow emails sent from addresses containing “@nus.edu.sg.”

 

Important Registration Dates

  • On and before June 30, 2015 August 31, 2015: Registration for those submitting abstracts is open. Participants must register and pay by 11:59 p.m. (GMT+8) on June 30, 2015 August 31, 2015.
  • On and before June 30, 2015 August 31, 2015: General registration is open at early bird rate.
  • On and before November 15, 2015: Standard registration is open.
  • On and after November 16, 2015: Registration continues at On-Site rate.

*Must have an active membership in the societies and indicate it on your registration where asked. The host reserves the right to adjust member registration types to the nonmember type and charge the difference in rates if stated membership is not currently active. **Accompanying person allows admission to the Welcome reception, and tea breaks. Session attendance is not included.

Payment

Payment must accompany registration. You can only make payment in SGD (Singapore Dollar). Please click XE Currency converterCurrency converter  to see the live rates.

If you are paying by credit card, please register online. For Credit, we only accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. If you are paying by check, you must register by mail. Do not submit registration materials more than once. Make your check or money order payable to the National University of Singapore.
